Partner disclosure
Veld & Ledger earns money from affiliate links. Here is exactly how that works, so you can weigh what you read.
The short version
Some of the links on this site lead to IQ Option. If a reader follows one of those links and later opens an account, IQ Option's partner programme may pay us a commission. You pay nothing extra, and your terms are not affected in any way.
What the commission does not buy
- It does not buy a verdict. Our coverage says plainly that IQ Option is not authorised by the FSCA, that identity verification must clear before a payout, and that CFDs and digital options can lose you the money you put in. Those sentences sit in the very pages a commission would depend on.
- It does not buy a number. Every figure on this site comes from the operator's own published pages, with the date we checked. Where no official figure exists, we leave the gap open rather than fill it.
- It does not buy a ranking. Where we compare platforms, we compare on things you can verify yourself, and we do not sell a position in a list.
Where the links appear
Affiliate links are marked as sponsored for search engines and open in a new tab. Ordinary editorial links — to the operator's own documentation, or between our own guides — are not affiliate links. If a call-to-action button is not shown on a page, that is because no partner link is configured for it; we would rather show nothing than a dead button.
What this site is not
Veld & Ledger is an independent publisher. We are not IQ Option, we are not an agent of IQ Option, and we are not a licensed financial services provider in South Africa or anywhere else. Nothing here is financial advice or a recommendation to trade. Trading CFDs and digital options carries a real risk of losing your deposit, and offshore trading carries the additional risk described in our regulation coverage.
